Clean white halls greet the Lao troop as they walk into the Cafeteria, which boasts some of the nicest food in the territory. All of their equipment is top of the range and working efficiently, helping the cooks prepare the armies food. Long tables line the walls, where many hundreds of people can sit and eat their fill, all the while talking and catching up.
