On the last three levels of the Zukai HQ are these empty rooms, their floors battered, worn, and possibly dangerous to those who can't fly.
However, these rooms are the only training area available within Zukai territory, and are good for thinking on your feet.
...Which you'll need to do, before they're through the floorboards.

The Low Rank lounge, nicknamed 'The Crib' for reasons unknown. Comes complete with it's own bar and flat screen TV.
..Which hasn't worked in a century, good luck with that.

A large open room where Officers address the lower ranks. Here, members can nominate themselves for missions and keep up to date with Lao's movements.

No New Posts The Cafeteria

While it's not the most sanitary or well-kept place, this place is by far the nicest in all of the Zukai territory to get food. Most of the stuff like stoves and refrigerators are either barely working, or completely broken down, so food normally is prepared by Elementals with fire abilities. Ice Elementals are often requested to keep meats cold.

The long winding hall that serves as the Zukai's home. These rooms house two people at a time, and unless you trade spots with another member, your room mate is permanent.

A large, open wing boasting white walls and bright lights. Here, any of the ill or wounded are kept until they're fit for fighting again, watched over by the resident medics who live in the rooms beside.

Lao prisoners are taken here; forced under brutal conditions as a sort of payback, or a foreshadowing of what's to come in the interrogation room. It's not too uncommon for the Zukai to come here and poke at the Lao.

This is the room where the Zukai take captured Lao troops for interrogating. Sadly, most of the interrogations lead to brutal torturing, and even more brutal deaths. So, much of the Zukai just call it the Torture Chamber.
