General Rules
- No characters from any existing anime or series. These characters must be of your own creation.

- Be Polite. I cannot stress this enough. Be nice to all members and especially the staff, otherwise you'll find yourself in a lot of trouble

- Do not Spam. This goes for both the board and the Cbox. Doing so will result in some pretty severe punishment.

- Honestly, the staff isn't here to hear you whine and complain. Or be annoying. At all.

- Swearing ooc really isn't cool, especially in large amounts. However it's alright ic, character building that sort of thing.

-Argue through PMs. Not on a board or in the Cbox. Really, it's not all that fun to watch.

-Do not harass any other member of the site. It really, really isn't called for. Any form of triggering jokes also won't be tolerated.

-Please report all rule breaking to the admins or mods. We can't just pick up on something that quick, any help would be nice.

Roleplay
-PLEASE, if you believe your thread could be TRIGGERING to another member or includes something you believe you UPSET ANY MEMBER, please tag it with TRIGGER WARNING and the trigger within the thread. Also, if there's anything outside of PG, please tag it M in the title! Thank you very much!

-No Godmoding or Powerplay

-Please write enough for us to work off. No one liners.

-Kill only with permission. This is a war roleplay, so depending on plotline your character might die. This can also be worked out in plotting threads, so always ask a character's creator before you gut them on the spot, okay?

-Liquid Time is fine, just don't do it too often.

-No Chatspeak. We cannot stand it.

-Feel free to request a new area for your character to dwell in or fight in. We're more than happy to extend the city.

Lao VS Zukai

- If you're creating a Lao or Zukai character, simply make them like normal and start posting.

-If your character is Ex-Zukai, Ex-Lao or Neutral, just let staff know and one of the head officers will find you of either group.

-We want trouble started EVERYWHERE. Get in to fights wherever, whenever! Heck, even with your own members if you want to! Just get out there!

-Killing sprees of NPCs or other people's characters really isn't on. Not cos we don't love blood and gore, but it could start an all out war, so...try to keep the killing to a minimum.

-Respawning is alright, but you're only allowed to bring one character back to life every four months. You'll need to send staff a pm with a thread linking to the last character you brought back coming back to life (to make sure you've waited four months) a link to this deceased character's bio and their Puppet Master. All characters brought back will be made into Night Puppets, no exceptions.
