APPEARANCE
Somewhat reminiscent of a "typical" japanese ninja, Harugan's outfit is similar in appearance to a modernised Shinobi shozoku, solid black cloth covering the body armour on his upper arms and thighs, with grey armour covering his forearms, shins, and stomach. He also wears a helmet over a cloth guard, which covers the top, back and sides of his head. Three small spines project back from the front of the helmet, and a metal guard across the front protects his veiled mouth. His grey blue eyes show above the faceplate, but are essentially the only part of Harugan that can be seen. During meditation and relaxation, Harugan simply wears loose fitting white pants. Not overly muscular in appearance, and somewhat small and lithe, Harugan is not often seen without uniform, And wears very little other forms of clothing.

PERSONALITY
Harugan is often quiet, and will not respond or make comments when spoken to, except to confirm or comply with the orders of his superiors. He disregards things that do not have a bearing on him completely, even to the point of neglecting to help allies in need without being instructed to do so.

HISTORY
Harugan was a born into a small family that lived in a small mountain village in Japan on Earth. Before the age of one, he was taken into a mountain temple and trained in the arts of stealth, sabotage, and combat. He quickly ascended the ranks of the temple, but, during a raid on a village, discovered the underlying corruption of the teachings he had been brought up on, and after being imprisoned below the temple, he killed his guards and escaped, but was hunted down continually by other ninja, and sought refuge instead within the city. He was still pursued, and so headed overseas to escape, where he found his way into the Lao Army, bringing with him his ninja teachings, and finding new strengths in technology.

ATTRIBUTES

Weapons/items:
One of Harugan's unusual traits is his abondonment of many common ninja weapons. Though he still carries some similar items, much of Harugan's weaponry is technologically modernised. Harugan's primary weapon is a rifle much like a silenced FN P90 TR, with double ammunition capacity, though he uses this only when his stealth fails. Besides this, Harugan relies occasionally on a small pistol, or heavily on his unrivalled martial arts techniques.
Harugan carries a myriad of other pieces of equipment used for stealth, much of which have been modernised.

Strengths
Agility
Harugan is inhumanly swift. Able to move silently at high speed, and perform many movements exceedingly quickly. He can run at speed enough to travel along and up walls without any form of assistance, and leap consecutively from one wall to another.

Intelligence
As he is often tasked with retrieval of important data and information, or sabotage of enemy systems, Harugan is quite knowledgeable about a number of technological subjects, namely hacking computer systems or sabotaging vehicles. Harugan is also quite profficient at tracking targets and locating important assigned quarry,one of the many skills he acquired in his training.

Weaknesses
Overwhelming by multiple targets (Harugan is not trained nor strong enough to fight off a large number of opponents)
