APPEARANCE
When in her spirit form, Alicia sports pale blonde hair and bone white skin. Her body doesn't always completely show in this form either, sometimes simply cutting off at the hip and streaming off somewhat like a tail (think classic cartoon ghost or Casper).
When she's not a transparent floating blob scaring the shit out of strangers, Alicia looks like your average human woman. Her eyes are green, and always seem to be glowing with warmth. Her hair is also shown to truly be dirty blonde, reaching down to her waist when let down. She often ties it up in a ribbon or hair tie, and is almost never seen without her signature red baseball cap turned backwards to block out her bangs. Alicia is also tall like this, towering above everyone in her field.
As for clothing, she usually wears faded and worn out denim jeans with a black tank top with a simple pair of sneakers. Her red hat is almost never seen off her head outside of big operations. She likes to wear her long white lab coat around, just to make a statement.
In another form, she can be seen as her human self or spirit self, but with stitching and scars all over her body.

PERSONALITY
Alicia has two sides of her.
On one half, she is the motherly woman you meet for the first time, who help you out and helps you understand how everything works here. She's kind to everyone who walks by and help out everyone who needs it. She's witty, pretty, and classy. She has a great sense of humor as well. You might think she's one of the few in this madhouse who still has some sanity left in her being.
One the other half, however, you'll find yourself face to face with one of the most terrifying women in the Zukai. When she's in her office; you should never come to her unless you really need surgery. As in; you better be half way dead. Otherwise, she'll probably make whatever injury you might have even worse, and then tell you she's busy and ship you off to another medic.
If she deems you worthy of her services in the doctor's office, worry not. When she does do something, it almost always fixes you up. She has a select few favorite assistants that she calls to the operating table to keep you in check while she fixes you up.
Despite her cold and harsh attitude as the head medic, Alicia truly does care. She becomes desolate when her patients don't survive, and it takes a while for her to come to accept that she'd failed.
If she's angered, it'll be obvious. Emotions fly off of her in waves. If you're lucky, she won't reassemble your face.

HISTORY
Back in the human world, She was a popular tomboy, friends with just about everyone in school. She was smart, athletic, kind, and motherly.
There were plenty of bumps in the road though. Mostly, it was due to the fact that she lived alone with her little sister after their parents had died in a car accident. She and her sister were given everything they had in their will. Despite a fortune and a nice house, the two girls were devastated. Alicia, being the oldest, felt she needed to hold the fort, and became the beacon of light in her little sister's dark world. She obtained great cooking and cleaning skills, too stubborn to hire a maid to do it for her, and helped her sister with every problem she had. Alicia eventually brought her sister up to her level of popularity, introducing her to every one of their friends and telling them to look out for her.
She had her whole life ahead of her, studying to become a surgeon one day, ready to take off and let her little sister fly on her own.
One day, when walking home from her job at a cafe late at night, she met a stranger who asked for help.
When she never came home, her sister called the police and asked everyone at their school to help search for her.
When they found her in the woods just outside of town, well; they weren't quite sure if it was her. The body was mangled, face carved with odd designs and eyes missing from their sockets. Her stomach was sliced open, and her innards were splayed across the forest floor. Her limbs were cut off at the elbows, shoulders, neck, knees, ankles, and wrists, placed around her body like decorative items.
The crazed murder was found, but Alicia's sister, who was one of the first to discover the body, was permanently scarred. Alicia's soul never left the Earth, though. She hadn't even realized she was dead. In her mind; she just got mugged, and came home just fine.
Her sister soon discovered the ghost, walking about the halls, and ended up passing out from fear. After finding out what had happened, Alicia made it her duty to help her sister get over her murder, and spread her wings once more.
With her duty finally fulfilled, she was ready to pass on.
However, she passed on into this world, as if waking up form a deep sleep. Baffled, she could only figure that her services were needed here, and stuck with the Zukai, who she believed didn't deserve to be pushed out of their homes.

ATTRIBUTES
Alicia doesn't really have many special abilities outside of what a ghost can do- the simple walk through walls and go invisible/transparent. One somewhat-special thing is that she can become solid and appear the way she did as a human. She can also show herself as her body looked when she died. However, when she shows it, she simply has stitches where all the cuts were; as if someone had sewn her back together when she was in that form.
Another ability she has is the ability to make things float about or act upon her will. This comes in handy when dealing with really annoying patients. She can control and reassemble bones from inside of others' bodies, causing excruciating pain and a deformed body if not placed right.
