Sam is a blue-eyed, blond boy, around 5 foot 2 or so. He's pretty thin for his height, but not lanky or sinewy. Despite this, he is fairly strong, not in the push-and-shove kind of way, but more in the sense of hard and fast. He has fairly thick eyebrows, but their blond color makes them hard to see. He has a round face, and bright eyes that are usually laughing. Being only 14, his hands and feet are pretty big, but proportionally alright. He wears tan shorts with several large pockets, and usually has a white t-shirt with green sleeves and black stripes down the sides and around the arm. His Crest and Number are displayed on the back of his shirt. When cold, he has a gray hoodie that he wears; this time, the crest and number are on the upper-right (to someone facing him) of the front.
His main weapon is a sling, and also a set of firecrackers. They don't explode very big, but can easily cause burns if they land within a foot of you. Each firecracker is roughly the size and shape of a tennis ball. He presses a button, then kicks it away. Explodes anywhere between 3 and 12 seconds after pressing. His sling is just a sling, and the stones are just stones, usually the size of a peach seed.
PERSONALITY
Sam is a very cheerful person, and enjoys laughing, but is also often quite shy and quiet. He also loves experimenting with almost anything. If he comes across something that he doesn't know what it does, he'll either stick it in a bottle and observe what it does or just throw it somewhere. He enjoys soccer (if you hadn't noticed that yet), so he kicks pretty hard. He can also jump pretty high.
Sam tends to be a bit moody, so if he seems tired, he's usually to be avoided. He's hyperactive when having fun, and oftentimes doesn't look where he's going. And if you're a friend, he'll probably shadow you every so often; he does that because he hasn't got that many friends. Most people consider him a bit crazy because of his "experiments," some of which involved stuffing bottles with bits of fruit, closing them for a week, and leaving them somewhere.
HISTORY
Sam's lead a pretty average life thus far, the only thing different about his upbringing is that he is the only one currently in his family who has shown no traces of superhuman abilities whatsoever. He joined the Lao, because he was caught accidentally dropping trash (specifically an overripe fruit that he'd just picked off a tree) on a Lao officer, who took him to camp and set him to work as punishment.
